Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, select the option that best suits your needs!

Should you wish to make a return, please ensure your items meet our eligibility requirements (listed below) and send your return to:

Return Eligibility Requirements

Some items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
  1. Items within our Final Sale Collection/ Seasonal Items (Mardi Gras, Christmas, etc.)
  2. Shoes
  3. Intimates (i.e. Self-Adhesive Bras, Bodysuits), Face Masks, and Jewelry
  4. Hats and Beanies
  5. Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale
  6. Final sale coupon code items

How To Make a Return

Return for an exchange:

Please email us and let us know you would like to switch sizes at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com. Please ship the item back to us and once we receive the item, we will ship the exchanged item to you with a shipping charge. 

If you are a local customer utilizing our local pick-up, please contact us at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com or 337 560 8355 to inquire about exchanging item(s) or bring your invoice in store to one or our two locations! 

Return for a:

  • Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Once we receive your items, we will issue you a store credit/gift card or credit on our mobile app for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return for store credit/gift card:

  • Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.
  • shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Manually Mailing a Return

  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
  • Return for store credit must be postmarked within 10 days of the order fulfillment date.
  • Return shipping costs for manually mailed returns are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt, and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
  • Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:
  1. Returns postmarked after 10 days from the order fulfillment date will only be issued store credit and are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc.). This restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase price or $6/item whichever is greater.
