General Information

• We ship our products using standard USPS. We will contact you within 24 hours if the item you ordered is sold out or on back order.
• We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
• Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
• We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
• We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. We recommend purchasing, tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

• $8 Flat Rate shipping on orders with an estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

Local Order Pickup

What is Local Pickup?

• Local Pickup allows you to order items on our website and pick them up for free at one of our in-store locations. Local Pickup is listed on the shipping section at checkout and can be picked up once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up. Orders are usually ready within 1-3 days or same days depending on the item ordered/location pick up.
• Local Pickup Hours: Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm Saturday 10-5

How to place a Local Pickup Order:

• To place an order using Local Pickup on our website:

1. Find an item and select color, size and quantity (if applicable).
   
2.  Select Local Pickup on the shipping method section at checkout.
3. Select the location you would like to pick up at. Our Local Pickup location address is:

4. Proceed to checkout and submit orders.
5. Wait until you receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification email before you go to the store to pick up your order.
6. Please Park in any of the open parking at the front of the building. You will then walk into the store and go to the checkout counter for pickup

Return Eligibility Requirements

Some items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

• If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
• Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

1. Items within our Final Sale Collection/ Seasonal Items (Mardi Gras, Christmas, etc.)
2. Shoes
3. Intimates (i.e. Self-Adhesive Bras, Bodysuits), Face Masks, and Jewelry
4. Hats and Beanies
5. Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale
6. Final sale coupon code items

How To Make a Return

Return for an exchange:

Please email us and let us know you would like to switch sizes at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com. Please ship the item back to us and once we receive the item, we will ship the exchanged item to you with a shipping charge. 

If you are a local customer utilizing our local pick-up, please contact us at allaboutyouboutiqueinfo@gmail.com or 337 560 8355 to inquire about exchanging item(s) or bring your invoice in store to one or our two locations! 

Return for a:

• Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 
• Once we receive your items, we will issue you a store credit/gift card or credit on our mobile app for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return for store credit/gift card:

• Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.
• shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Manually Mailing a Return

• Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
• Return for store credit must be postmarked within 10 days of the order fulfillment date.
• Return shipping costs for manually mailed returns are the customer’s responsibility.
• Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

• Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt, and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
• Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
• If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:

1. Returns postmarked after 10 days from the order fulfillment date will only be issued store credit and are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc.). This restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase price or $6/item whichever is greater.
